The Assignee
A kard will always have an assignee. This person is responsible for the work involved in taking the job from its current stage to the next. It is common for the assignee to change several times during a kard's lifecycle.
Workload Acceptance
The assignee must always accept or reject a new assignment. This ensures they are committed to it and eliminates the common excuse of "I didn't see that you sent me this."
The Follow Up
With just one click, you can request a status update or get the assignee's attention. When you send a follow-up, the assignee is notified and the kard gets a bright yellow background on their screen until it is manually acknowledged.
